Refund Policy
At Hunter’s Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Before you order, take these two quick measurements.
Weight Weigh your dog using your bathroom scales. Step on first, note the number, then step on holding your dog. The difference is their weight. CarryPaws™ is suitable for dogs up to 15 kilos.
Chest girth Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs. Your dog should sit snugly inside the sling, with room to breathe and shift position comfortably.
A note on comfort
The 15 kilo limit is about your comfort as much as your dog's. If carrying your dog for extended periods feels heavy for you, consider whether a sling-style carrier is the right fit for both of you.
Your dog should rest with their head naturally above the sling opening. Not pushed down, not craning upward. Relaxed and secure.
