Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

• You are welcome to use the product to test it. Returns will only be declined if the item is damaged, abused, or missing essential components.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Return Costs

Return Timeframes

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you within 5 business days.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of approval.
• Once approved, the returned item must be sent back and received within 10 business days of the approval date.
• Returns received after this timeframe may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%, depending on the condition of the item.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
