At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: delivery delays are not considered a defect and do not on their own qualify an order for a free return.
To begin a return, please click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to contact our local onshore support team, or email us at hello@huntersdoggyshop.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as they can't be accepted.
Zoomie Zoom Bundle: Bungee Tug, Self-Rolling Ball and Dog Football
Three ways to burn off the zoomies
A bored dog with energy to spare finds its own entertainment, usually your shoes. This bundle gives them three better options: one to pull, one to chase and one to catch.
What's in the bundle
TugPaws™ Bungee Tug. An elastic bungee that attaches to a door or a tree, with two swappable rope tugs, one with a ball you can fill with treats. The stretch absorbs the pull, so your dog can play tug on their own.
Pet Moviball. A rechargeable ball that rolls around on its own and changes direction when it bumps into something, so your dog has something to chase even when you're busy.
PawDribble™ Football. An inflatable football with grab tabs all the way round, so it's easy to pick up, carry and tug. Great for fetch in the garden or games in the water.
Why the bundle
Pulling, chasing and catching use different muscles and different instincts. Mixing them up keeps playtime interesting, so the toys don't end up forgotten in a corner.
Perfect for
- High-energy breeds that need more than a walk
- Dogs left home alone during the day
- Owners who want a break from throwing the ball
- Indoor play on rainy days and outdoor play when it's fine
Backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Have Questions?
The PawDribble is made from durable, non-toxic rubber, ensuring it's safe for your dog to chew and play with while standing up to long hours of fun.
The Bungee Tug Rope is designed with a built-in shock-absorbing bungee, reducing strain on both you and your dog during play. It provides a fun and engaging tug-of-war experience while being gentle on joints and teeth.
While the toy is made from durable materials, it is designed for supervised play and interactive tugging rather than heavy chewing. For strong chewers, we recommend using it only during play sessions rather than leaving it unattended.
The Pet Moviball operates with two modes, Normal and Smart, which automatically initiate rolling, shaking, or bouncing to engage your dog. It also features LED lights for added stimulation.
Yes, the Pet Moviball is made from durable natural rubber, BPA-free, non-toxic, and odorless, ensuring it's safe for your dog's teeth and gums.
