We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The WalkAlong™ comes in four sizes. Small fits a chest of 35 to 41cm and neck of 25 to 31cm. Medium fits a chest of 42 to 48cm and neck of 31 to 37cm. Large fits a chest of 49 to 55cm and neck of 37 to 43cm. Extra Large fits a chest of 56 to 62cm and neck of 43 to 49cm. Measure your dog's chest at the widest point before choosing a size.
