At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: delivery delays are not considered a defect and do not on their own qualify an order for a free return.
To begin a return, please click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to contact our local onshore support team, or email us at hello@huntersdoggyshop.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as they can't be accepted.
TidyPaws™ Grooming Bundle: Large and Mini Dematting Combs
Two combs, every part of your dog
The full-size TidyPaws™ handles the back, body and long coats. The Mini TidyPaws™ gets into the places a big comb can't: around the face, ears, paws and under the legs. Together they cover your dog from nose to tail, whatever their size.
The Mini comes at no extra cost
The bundle costs the same as the full-size TidyPaws™ on its own, so the Mini is included free.
Gentle on your dog, tough on tangles
- Rounded, inside-sharpened stainless steel teeth work through mats, knots and loose undercoat without pulling
- Dual-sided head, so you can switch between dematting and finishing
- Ergonomic non-slip handle that stays comfortable through a long grooming session
- Safe for all coat types, from fine puppy fur to thick double coats
Perfect for
- Long-haired and double-coated breeds that mat easily
- Small dogs and puppies that need a gentler touch

Have Questions?
The TidyPaws™ comb is suitable for both dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
It’s recommended to use the comb regularly, ideally once a week, to prevent tangles and remove loose fur.
Yes, the comb features sharp yet gentle teeth, making it safe for pets with sensitive skin when used properly.
For best results, it’s advised to use the comb on dry fur, as wet fur may tangle more easily.
Simply rinse the comb under warm water to remove fur and debris, and allow it to air dry.
