At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

The smooth nylon cooling face draws body heat away on contact and releases it into the air, so your dog can stretch out and settle instead of panting on the tiles.
When the weather turns, flip it over. The crystal velvet side is soft and warm to curl up on. One mat, both seasons.

Worth being straight about this one. CoolPaws™ is a soft quilted mat, much closer to a padded blanket than a firm bed. It is roughly 2 to 3cm thick, it folds, it rolls up for the car, and it flattens under your dog's weight. It is not a rigid foam pad and it is not a raised bed.
