At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: delivery delays are not considered a defect and do not on their own qualify an order for a free return.

Stockier or deeper-chested dogs can be borderline depending on build, so please check the measurements below before ordering.
Too large — over 10kg / 22lb
CarryPaws™ is not designed to carry dogs above this weight.
A note on size
Dogs vary enormously, even within the same breed. Two dogs of the same breed can be several kilos apart, and a dog described as "miniature" can easily be bigger than one described as "toy". Please let your dog's actual weight and body length be the decider, not their breed or how they look.
If your dog weighs over 10kg / 22lb, CarryPaws™ is not suitable, whatever breed they are.
How to check
1. Weight
Weigh your dog using your bathroom scales. Step on first, note the number, then step on holding your dog. The difference is their weight. CarryPaws™ is suitable for dogs up to 10kg / 22lb.
2. Body length
Measure from the base of your dog's neck to the base of their tail. The sling opening is 50cm / 20in long, so your dog needs to sit or curl comfortably within that.
3. Comfort check
Your dog should rest with their head naturally above the sling opening. Not pushed down, not craning upward. Relaxed and secure.
A note on comfort
The 10kg / 22lb limit is about your comfort as much as your dog's. If carrying your dog for extended periods feels heavy for you, consider whether a sling-style carrier is the right fit for both of you.
The strap adjusts from 66cm to 77cm (26in to 30in) and fastens with velcro.
