At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

One LickiPaws™ is perfect for getting started. Two means you always have a clean one ready while the other is in the dishwasher. Three is great if you have multiple dogs or want to rotate flavours throughout the week.

Spread a thin layer of paste across all the grooves rather than piling it in the centre. Peanut butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yoghurt, or wet food all work well. Freeze the mat for an hour before use to make the session last longer.

For best results on smooth floors, place the mat on a non-slip surface or bath mat, or use it on carpet. It is designed for supervised enrichment sessions.
