We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.

The nylon collar charges via USB-C in just one hour and runs for up to 12 hours on a full charge. The LED controller and light strip detach completely, so when it is time to wash the collar, you just pull them apart and put the nylon band through a normal machine wash.

Yes. The LED controller and light strip detach from the nylon band, so you can throw the collar in a normal machine wash. Just remove the electronics first and reattach once it's dry.
The GlowCollar™ comes in three sizes. Small fits a neck of 35 to 40cm, Medium fits 45 to 50cm, and Large fits 55 to 60cm. If you are unsure, measure your dog's neck and add 2cm for comfort. If your dog sits between sizes, go up.
The GlowCollar™ has a steady glow, a slow flash, and a fast flash. Use steady for calm neighbourhood walks, and switch to flash mode near roads or in low-light conditions where you want maximum visibility.
The GlowCollar™ handles light rain and everyday splashes without issue. We do not recommend submerging it in water, so remove it before swimming or bathing your dog.
