At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

One band, four light colours
Worth knowing before you choose. The collar band itself is black on every option. What changes between the four choices is the colour the light strip glows: Red, Yellow, Pink or Blue. So whichever you pick, you are getting the same black nylon collar with a different coloured glow.
Three light modes
Steady glow for calm neighbourhood walks. Slow flash for parks and footpaths. Fast flash near roads or in low light where visibility matters most. One button cycles through all three.
The nylon band charges via USB-C in about an hour and runs for up to 12 hours on a full charge. The LED controller and light strip detach completely, so when it is time to wash the collar you pull them apart and put the band through a normal machine wash.

How to measure. Run a soft tape around the base of your dog's neck where the collar sits, then add about 2cm so you can fit two fingers underneath. If your dog falls between two sizes, go up. The ranges overlap on purpose, so a neck of 38cm works in either S or M.
A note on measurements. These are measured by hand, so please allow a small variation of up to 1cm.

The GlowCollar™ handles light rain and everyday splashes without any trouble. It is not designed to be submerged, so take it off before swimming or bath time.
