At Hunter’s Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
