At Hunter's Doggy Shop, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
We encourage you to try the product to ensure it is suitable for your dog. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in reasonable condition, free from physical damage, and include all essential components.
Where possible, the original packaging should also be returned in reasonable condition to assist with processing.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
A photo or video of the item's current condition and issue is required before your return can be approved.
Return shipping: if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please note: delivery delays are not considered a defect and do not on their own qualify an order for a free return.
To begin a return, please click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to contact our local onshore support team, or email us at hello@huntersdoggyshop.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as they can't be accepted.
Splash and Groom Bundle: Dog Splash Pad, Dematting Comb and Bath Brush
Cool off, then clean up
Everything your dog needs for a hot day in the garden, and for the muddy, wet dog that comes out the other end.
What's in the bundle
AquaPaws™ Splash Pad, 150cm. Connect it to the garden hose and water sprays up through the pad, so your dog can splash, drink and cool down on hot days. The textured base helps paws grip, and it folds away when summer's over.
Large Dematting Comb. Stainless steel rake teeth work through the loose undercoat and tangles that build up when a double coat gets wet and dries, on a soft-grip handle.
Shampoo Bath Brush. Fill the clear reservoir with your dog's shampoo, then press the button to release it as you scrub. Soft silicone bristles massage the coat and skin, so bath time takes one hand, not two.
Why the bundle
Splash time means wet fur, and wet fur means brushing and bathing. This bundle covers the whole routine, and it costs barely more than the 150cm splash pad on its own.
Perfect for
- Keeping your dog cool through Australian summers
- Double-coated breeds that shed heavily in the heat
- Muddy garden dogs who need a quick wash
- Families whose dogs and kids both love a splash
Backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Have Questions?
Yes! The SplashPad is made from high-quality, non-toxic PVC designed to withstand playful splashes. However, if your dog is an avid chewer, we recommend supervising playtime to prevent damage.
For best results, we recommend using the trimmer on dry fur. Wet fur may reduce trimming efficiency and cause uneven cuts.
Simply turn off the water supply, lift the pad to drain excess water, and let it air dry before folding it for storage. This helps prolong its lifespan.
Yes! The trimmer features low-noise, precision blades designed for a gentle and stress-free grooming experience, even on sensitive areas like paws and ears.
Yes, both the SplashPad and GroomPaws™ Trimmer come with a 30-day money-back guarantee if the items do not meet your expectations (excluding damage from chewing or misuse).
